Alex is also an expert in property research and due diligence, with strong negotiating skills and a keen interest in interiors and unrealised property potential.
Dan Jennings
Founder and Licensed Builder
Dan is a local licensed builder and resides locally too. He has bought, built, sub-divided, renovated and sold many properties on the Upper North Shore from a young age. He has a real passion for creating value to existing properties through smart renovations. Through his own ventures he has developed strong relationships with many of the local real estate agents.
